We are booking a national tour for summer 07 and we are touring florida prtty much EVERY WEEKEND until then so chack out dates and see if you can come out and love us. [24 Dec 2005|03:10pm] [ mood | M-a-zing!!! ] Joe here! How are you guys doing?!?! Well, things on our side have been grand! Last night was yet another amazing show. We were so happy to see tons of old and new faces! We love the hugs, the handshakes, and the makeout sessions.... I mean smiles. Our family is getting too big for the mug. lol. As for you kids who are out of state, we'll be touring soon so keep your fingers crossed. make sure you keep sending up messages on our myspace or leaving comments here leting us know where you would like us to play because we're doing it for you guys, or just leave us messages saying "Hi!" because that's just as wonderful. well, once again. we love you guys and we'll talk to you very soon. 2 wish they could rewind the past.

it has been a while. [22 Nov 2005|11:37pm] [ mood | thankful ] [ music | Let Go ] So, things have been amazing/busy on the select start side of things. Sorry we haven't been the best at keeping this journal alive, but i'm going to change that. We are STILL working on the record. That's right.... but it's ok, because the more we work on it the better it's going to sound. expect a late jan or early feb 06 release. We also got sponsored! We know.... we're excited, too. The company is Revenge Clothing. We stand officially along side Let Go(militia group) Kane Hodder(fueled by ramen) Emanuel(vagrant) among others. We are the only unsigned band on board so it's pretty sweet. I love all my friends! every single person that supports us and sings along and hang out with us afterwards. you guys make it worth while! ok, so our album is coming along. We did vocals for a couple more songs recently. I figured I'd release the track list. The order might change but this is the tentative order. 1. care a little or caroline 2. middle school called; it wants its mentality back 3. leading you on (and other over-used clichés) 4. stranded on a desert island with three things: you, a knife, and a reason to use it 5. see max bleed 6. a trivial pursuit of happiness 7. i should of known she was a robot 8. what ever happened to the high five 9. rogue 10. rest your head here 11. call it a truce 12. she’s not a hottie hotty (feat. the rotary)   Chances are there might be a thirteenth song. because i'm emo and i like to write secret songs that mean a lot to me! ok. [25 Aug 2005|06:48pm] [ mood | thankful ] [ music | Bayside ] I want ot say a great big "thank you" to everyone that has been coming to our shows lately. Hearing you guys sing the words to our songs is one of the coolest things I've experience wile being in this band. We love each and every one of you. We have a lot more shows coming up, so if you have missed us in the past, now is your chance. On September 2nd, we will be at the Masquerade in Ybor City, FL with our friends Better Left Unsaid and Halfway Hero. September 9th we'll be at Neptune's Lounge in Tarpon Springs, FL with An Angle, Self Against City, Days Like These, The Umbrellas, and The Homecoming. September 16th, we're playing at the Orpheum in Ybor City, FL with a bunch of bands including Big City Dreams, Tears in the Sahara, and The Same. September 17th, we'll be at Grace Church with our friends DC North, Filjar, and Turning Lane. And on September 30th we're playing at the cool new records store, Take 5 Records, with Crooked Edge. great news is good news [27 Jul 2005|09:28pm] wow wow wow wow ok, so we have finished tracking for THREE songs on the new record. I mean everything. Matt is currently mixing them as I speak!!!  the songs sound absolutely amazing and i cannot wait till you guys hear them... and you will hear them REALLY soon... I mean really soon. We will have the three songs avaliable on myspace by aug 1st. You heard us. That means you guys have to hear the songs and learn them for the warped tour so you can sing along with us! what songs are they..... you'll know soon. ;)   i am loving life right now. 6 wish they could rewind the past.

[19 Jul 2005|12:22pm] [ music | the muffs ] objective two complete: bass tracks are done for the new record. How exciting. I also did about 6 songs on guitar, it's moving along quite well. We will most likely have the guitars DONE by this friday! holy smokes! And hopefully by august 1st or 2nd well have a single up on myspace for you guys to download. that's right. download. Burn it, Give it to friends, poop on it, do whatever you want. HUGE thanks to Josh and the boys in Tears in the Sahara. He let us use some equipment for the records and lets just say, it's sounding amazing.  next post I'll have some picture of the recording process. 1 wish they could rewind the past.

[10 Jul 2005|09:14pm] objective one complete: We finished the drum tracks for our new Full Length CD! 12 brand new songs from the boys including a full band version of "Leading You On (and other over-used cliches)" We still don't have a title for the record yet... any ideas?!?!
